Try Me Campaign Business Rules:
1. The Campaign is exclusively offered to NEW customer who subscribes to selected unifi Home plans unifi lite RM89, unifi 30Mbps, unifi 100Mbps and unifi 300Mbps except for unifi basic 60GB.
2. The Campaign period will be effective from 16th until 30th June 2020.
3. Customers who subscribe to this Campaign will enjoy a one (1) month free trial which is limited to the broadband price. Example: If you subscribe to unifi plan 100Mbps at RM129, you will be entitled to a one (1) month free for the price of RM129. You will then need to pay for any additional add-ons on top of this plan.
4. For subscription of unifi lite RM89 customers will enjoy free one (1) month rebate adjustment in 2nd month bill. 5. Customer who subscribes to any of the Campaign Package at the end of the campaign date on 30th June 2020 will still be qualified for the Campaign with the condition the Campaign Package installation is completed latest within fourteen (14) days from 30th June 2020.
6. Cancellation of subscription within 30days:
(a)unifi 30Mbps, 100Mbps, 300Mbps : You must return all 3 equipments; modem, BTU and mediabox (Add-ons Ultimate @ RM60). Failed to do so, customer will be charged RM500.
(b)unifi lite : You must return modem. Failed to do so, customer will be charged RM350.
(c)If you have subscribed to any Value Added Services, you will be charged the penalty fees of the particular VAS. Eg: Ultimate pack RM60 x remaining months.
SPECIAL REMINDER : For those who subscribed the TRY ME package with Ultimate Pack (RM199, RM189 & RM149), if terminate within 30 days, customer may need to pay the penalty of Unifi TV Ultimate Pack's monthly fee RM60 X 12 months.
7. Termination has to be requested at nearest TMpoint.
